Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To qualify for a return, your goods must remain in the same condition as when you received them, not having been worn or used, with all labels intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or purchase voucher.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return label and provide instructions on how to return the package as well as the specific address. Items returned to us without prior application for a return will not be processed.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect the goods upon receiving the order. If you find any defects, damage or receive the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and handle it promptly. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized goods), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific products, please contact us.
We are sorry that we cannot accept returns of sold items or gift cards. 

Exchange
The quickest way to obtain the goods you need is to return the purchased items. After the return is accepted, you can then purchase new goods separately. 

EU 14-day cooling period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order without any reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, not worn out, with complete labels, and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or purchase voucher. 

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item, and inform you whether the refund has been processed. If it has, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and record the refund.
